TNPSC தேர்வுகளை எழுதும் நண்பர்களுக்கு இது பயனுள்ள செய்தியாக அமையும்.

OMR SHEET STRUCTURE எப்படி இருக்கும்-எவ்வாறு நிரப்புவது என்பது பற்றிய முழு விவரங்கள் கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தேர்வுகளுக்கான அறிவுரைகள் / Instructions to candidates

1. Read the Instructions to the candidates given in the Memorandum of Admission (Hall Ticket) issued for this examination and also the instructions given below and sign in the right bottom box of Page-2, before the commencement of examination. Further, after verifying all the details on completion of examination, you shall also sign in the appropriate box in Part-II of Page-1, failing which, your OMR Answer Sheet will be invalidated.இந்தத் தேர்வுக்கான அனுமதிச்சீட்டில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கான அறிவுரைகளையும், கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவுரைகளையும் சுவனமாகப் படித்துவிட்டு பக்கம்-2 வலதுபுறம் கீழ்பக்கத்தில் உள்ள கட்டத்தில் தேரவிற்கு முன், கையொப்பமிடவும், மேலும், தேர்வு முடிந்த பின் அனைத்து விவரங்களையும் சரிபார்த்து, பக்கம்-1 பகுதி-II உரிய இடத்தில் கையொப்பமிடவும். தவறினால், உங்கள் விடைத்தாள் செல்லாததாக்கப்படும்.

2. Before using the OMR Answer sheet, verify your personal details viz., Register No., Name, Photograph,

Name of the Recruitment/ Post, Subject Name, venue etc., printed in Part-II of the answer sheet. If any of

the details is found to be incorrect, report to the room Invigilator immediately. शंका बंप क

முன்னர் பகுதி-11 இல் அச்சிடப்பட்டுள்ள உங்களுடைய பதிவெண், பெயர், நிழற்படம், தேர்வின் / பதவியின் பெயர் தேர்வுப்

பாடத்தின் பெயர் மற்றும் தேர்வுக்கூடத்தின் பெயர் ஆகிய விவரங்களை சரிபார்க்கவும். அச்சிடப்பட்ட விவரங்களில் ஏதேனும் தவறு

இருப்பின் அதனை உடனே அறைக் கண்காணிப்பாளரின் கவனத்திற்கு எடுத்துச் செல்லவும்.

3. Use only black ink ball point pen for shading and writing all details in the OMR answer sheet. அனைத்து விவரங்களையும் எழுதவும் நிரப்பவும் கருமை நிற மையுடைய பந்துமுனை பேனாவை மட்டுமே பயனபடுத்தவும்.

4. You should not sign anywhere in Part-I of the OMR answer sheet. However, you have to affix your left

hand thumb impression in the space provided at the bottom left of the Part-I, after the examination is over. பகுதி- 1 இல் எந்த இடத்திலும் நீங்கள் கையொப்பம் இடக்கூடாது. இருப்பினும், தேர்வு முடிந்த பின்னர் உங்களது இடது கை

பெருவிரல் ரேகை பதிவினை பகுதி-! இன் கீழ்பாகத்தில் உரிய இடத்தில் பதிக்கவும்.

5. Two marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained by the candidates for not affixing their Thumb Impression in the space provided. தேர்வு முடிவடைந்த பின், தேர்வர்கள், அவர்களது இடது கைப்பெருவிரல் ரேகைப் பதிவிளை விடைத்தாளில் அதற்கென உரிய கட்டத்தில் இட வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு இல்லையெனில், தேர்வர் பெற்ற மொத்த மதிப்பெண்களிலிருந்து 02 மதிப்பென்கள் குறைக்கப்படும்.

6.Do not make any stray marking or write anything irrelevant on any side of the answer sheet, including the

track portion. Do not tamper with the barcode printed in the answer sheet. Remarks other than the answer will be treated as revealing your identity and upon physical verification if such remarks are found, the answer sheet will be invalidated. விடைத்தாளின் எந்த பக்கத்திலும், டிராக் பகுதி உட்பட, தேவையற்ற குறிப்புகள் எழுதுவதோ குறியீடுகள் செய்வதோ கூடாது. விடைத்தானில் உள்ள பட்டை குறியீட்டினை (Barcode) சேதப்படுத்தக்கூடாது. விடைத்தாளில் தேவையற்ற குறிப்புகள், குறியீடுகள் இருந்து, அவை விடைத்தாளின் நேரடி ஆய்வில் கண்டறியப்பட்டு

அக்குறியீடுகள் உங்களது அடையாளத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துவதாக இருப்பின் உங்களது விடைத்தாள் செல்லாததாக்கப்படும். 7.In Section-II, the Question Booklet Number should be written and the corresponding bubbles should be shaded. The Question Booklet shaded by you in the bubble will be treated as final. If the Question Booklet number is not shaded, the Answer sheet will be invalidated. If the Question Booklet Number is incorrectly shaded or Question Booklet Number is not written in the space provided, 05 marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained by the candidate. 

பிரிவு-II ல் வினாத்தொகுப்பு எண்ணை சரியாக எழுதி அதற்குரிய வட்டங்களை நிரப்ப வேண்டும், நீங்கள் எந்த வட்டங்களை நிரப்பியுள்ளீர்களோ அதுவே இறுதியானதாகும். வினாத்தொகுப்பு எண்ணிற்கான வட்டங்கள் நிரப்பப்படாமல் விடுபட்டிருத்தால் உங்களது விடைத்தான் செல்லாததாக்கப்படும். வினாத்தாள் தொகுப்பு எண் முறையற்று நிரப்பப்பட்டிருந்தால் (அல்லது) வினாத்தாள் தொகுப்பு எண் எழுதுவதற்காக வழங்கப்பட்ட கட்டங்களில் எழுதப்படவில்லையெனில், பெற்ற மொத்த மதிப்பெண்களிலிருந்து 05 மதிப்பெண்கள் குறைக்கப்படும்.

8. You should shade any one of the bubbles for each question. You should shade (E) if you do not know the answer. If none of the answer bubbles is shaded for any of the question, two marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained by the candidate.  ஒவ்வொரு கேள்விக்கும் விடை அளிக்கும் போது ஒரே  சரியான விடையினை மட்டுமே நிரப்ப வேண்டும். ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட கேள்ளிக்கு விடைதெரியவில்லை என்றால்(E) என்பதை நிரப்ப வேண்டும். OMR விடைத்தாளில், எந்தவொரு வினாவிற்கும் அது தொடர்பான எந்த ஒரு வட்டமும்

நிரப்பப்படாதிருந்தால் தேர்வரால் பெறப்பட்ட மொத்த மதிப்பெண்களிலிருந்து இரண்டு மதிப்பெண்கள் குறைக்கப்படும்.

10.In Section-III, the total no. of As, Bs, Cs, Ds and Es shaded as answers should be written in the boxes and the corresponding bubbles should be shaded. For eg., If 36 As are shaded as answers in Response portion(part-1), then 036 shall be written in the boxes provided in Section-III (a) and the corresponding bubbles 0,3 and 6 should be shaded in Section-III (b) as illustrated right side. Total no. of As+Bs+Cs+Ds+Es shaded should be equal to the total numbers of the question printed in the question booklet. 15 minutes extra time will be given after the examination exclusively for this activity. In case of any difference between the actual shading and abstract of the total count of As,BS,CS,Ds, and Es, 02 marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained.

விடைத்தாளின் பிரிவு-III இல், எத்தனை As, Bs, Cs, Ds மற்றும் Es விடையாகக் குறித்துள்ளீர் எனக் கணக்கிட்டு மொத்த எண்ணிக்கையினை அதற்குரிய கட்டத்தில் எழுதுவதுடன் அதற்குரிய வட்டங்களையும் நிரப்ப வேண்டும். எ.கா. OMR விடைத்தாளின் பகுதி-Iல் 36 As விடைகளாக நிரப்பப்பட்டிருந்தால், பிரிவு-III (a) இல் வழங்கப்பட்ட கட்டங்களில் 036 என எழுத வேண்டும் மற்றும் பிரிவு-III (b) இல் அதற்குரிய வட்டங்கள் 0,3 மற்றும் 6 மேலே விளக்கப்பட்டுள்ளபடி நிரப்ப வேண்டும்.As+Bs+Cs+Ds+Es ஆகியவற்றின் நிரப்பப்பட்ட வட்டங்களின் மொத்த எண்ணிக்கையானது வினாத்தாளில் அச்சிடப்பட்ட மொத்த வினாக்களின் எண்ணிக்கைக்கு சமமானதாக இருக்க வேண்டும். இப்பணிக்காக மட்டும் தேர்வு நேரத்திற்குப் பிறகு 15 நிமிடம் கூடுதலாக வழங்கப்படும். இந்த As, Bs, Cs, Ds மற்றும் Es பற்றிய குறிப்புகளில் ஏதேனும் வேறுபாடு இருப்பின் நீங்கள் பெறும் மொத்த மதிப்பெண்களிலிருந்து, 02 மதிப்பெண்கள் குறைக்கப்படும்.

11.Section- IV and V are to be filled by the Invigilator. In Section-V | of Part-I and Part-II, the invigilator should shade (P) if the candidate is present and (A) if the candidate is absent with black ball point pen only. If the candidate is absent, Section-I of Part-I should be scored out and signed across the Section-1 by the invigilator with red ink ball point pen only. In Section-IV, the Invigilator should write the same number of As, Bs, Cs, Ds & Es in the corresponding boxes as shaded by the candidates in Section-III! (b) and the total shall be written in "Total" box of Section- IV.விடைத்தாளின் பிரிவு-IV மற்றும்V, அறை கண்காணிப்பாளரால் நிரப்பப்பட வேண்டும். பகுதி-I மற்றும்-IIன் பிரிவு- V ல் தேர்வர் வந்திருந்தால் πού (P) என்ற வட்டத்தினையும், தேர்வர் வரவில்லை என்றால் (A) என்ற வட்டத்தினையும் அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர் கருப்பு நிற மை கொண்ட பந்துமுனைப் பேனாவினால் மட்டுமே ! நிரப்ப வேண்டும். மேலும், தேர்வர் தேர்விற்கு வரவில்லை எனில் பகுதி-1 ல் உள்ள பிரிவு-I ஐ சிவப்பு நிற பந்துமுனைப் பேனாவினால் குறுக்குக் கோடிட்டு அடித்து கையொப்பமிட வேண்டும். பிரிவு-IV ல் அறைக் கண்காணிப்பாளர் தேர்வரால் பிரிவு- III (b) ல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள அதே As, Bs, Cs, Ds மற்றும் Es ஆகியவற்றின் எண்ணிக்கைகளை அதற்குரிய கட்டங்களில் எழுதி "Total" என்ற கட்டங்களில் மொத்த எண்ணிக்கையைக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.

12. In case of a presentee candidate, the invigilator should sign and certify in bottom of Part-I after ensuring that one of the bubbles has been shaded for every question. அனைத்து வினாக்களுக்கும் ஏதேனும் ஒரு வட்டத்தை நிரப்பியுள்ள விவரங்களை உறுதி செய்த பின்னர் பகுதி-I ன் கீழ்புறத்தில் அறைக் கண்காணிப்பாளர் தனது கையொப்பத்தினை இடவேண்டும்

13.It is your responsibility to ensure that all the particulars are filled correctly by you. விடைத்தாளில் உள்ள விவரங்கள் அனைத்தும் சரியாக நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்று உறுதி செய்வது உங்களின் பொறுப்பு ஆகும். Declaration/

I certify that I have read all the instructions given in the Answer Sheet and Hall Ticket. I have also consented the imposing of penalties (deduction of marks/ invalidation) for the errors/mistakes committed by me in Part-I and Part-II of Page.01 of the OMR Answer Sheet. தேர்வுக்கூட நுழைவுச் சீட்டு மற்றும் விடைத்தாளில் உள்ள அறிவுரைகள் அனைத்தையும் படித்து அறிந்துகொண்டேன் என உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்.மேலும் விடைத்தாளின் பக்கம் 01 இன் பகுதி-1 & பகுதி- | II இல் நான் செய்த பிழைகள் / தவறுகளுக்கு (மதிப்பெண்கள் குறைத்தல் /செல்லாததாக்குதல்) விதிக்கவும் ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.
